Welcome to DHI AMRUTAM — Dr. Nisshii Bhatt's Clinic. By scheduling an in-person or online consultation, you agree to comply with the following clinical terms and conditions.
1. Integrative Clinical Care Scope
Treatments provided at Dhi Amrutam (including Yamamoto New Scalp Acupuncture, Oriental Medicine, Neurological Retraining, and CranioSacral therapy) are holistic, integrative protocols designed to support neurological recovery and overall health. They complement and work alongside your conventional medical care.
2. Appointments & Advance Confirmation
- Appointment slots are reserved upon receipt of advance payment and verification of the transaction receipt.
- Patients are requested to arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled in-clinic appointments or join the video room 5 minutes prior to online telehealth consultations.
3. Cancellation & Non-Refundable Policy
All confirmed appointment slots are dedicated exclusively to unhurried patient care and are non-refundable upon confirmation. Exceptions are permitted solely for documented medical emergencies in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Rescheduling is available with at least 12 hours advance notice.
