Clear, transparent terms regarding consultation payments, appointment rescheduling, and refund processing at Dhi Amrutam.
At DHI AMRUTAM — Dr. Nisshii Bhatt's Clinic, we are committed to providing personalized, attentive integrative healthcare and classical scalp acupuncture therapies. Because each consultation slot is reserved exclusively for unhurried patient care, we have established the following transparent cancellation and refund policy.
1. Consultation Fees & Advance Payment
To secure your preferred clinical time slot with Dr. Nisshii Bhatt, an advance consultation payment is required at the time of booking. Payment can be completed via our official clinic UPI QR Code (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) or direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), followed by uploading the transaction screenshot proof.
- Once your payment screenshot is verified by our clinical desk, your appointment slot is locked and officially confirmed.
- Consultation fees cover the dedicated 30 to 60 minute unhurried medical evaluation, history review, pulse/meridian assessment, and personalized protocol design.
2. Appointment Booking & Non-Refundable Policy
Because each appointment slot involves dedicated clinician preparation, clinical suite allocation, and unhurried time reserved exclusively for you, all appointments are strictly non-refundable once booked and confirmed.
Refunds are not permitted barring unforeseen, documented medical emergencies. If a patient is unable to attend due to hospitalization or acute medical incapacity, a formal exception request accompanied by valid medical documentation may be submitted to the clinical desk for a full refund or priority rescheduling without penalty.

3. Rescheduling Guidelines
While appointments are non-refundable, we offer flexibility through rescheduling. Patients can request a date or time modification directly through the Patient Portal or by contacting the clinic desk at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time. No rescheduling deductions or penalties apply for timely advance requests.
4. Clinic-Initiated Rescheduling or Cancellations
In the rare event that Dr. Nisshii Bhatt is unavailable due to an urgent hospital emergency, seminar, or medical exigency:
- Our coordination team will notify you immediately via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- You will be offered the choice of a priority reschedule to your earliest convenience or an immediate 100% refund with no deductions.
5. Refund Mode & Processing Timelines
- All approved refunds will be credited directly to the original bank account, UPI ID, or payment source used during the transaction.
- Refunds are initiated by our accounts desk within 24 to 48 working hours of receiving the cancellation request.
- Depending on your banking institution (HDFC, SBI, ICICI, etc.), the amount typically reflects in your statement within 5 to 7 business days.
6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation and refund, please contact our Patient Care Coordination Desk with your Appointment ID (e.g., DAM-APT-XXXXXX) and payment reference number:
